Precise and efficient, arriving safely: Unveiling the entire process of factory shipments

When receives a the factory customer's order, the shipping process officially begins. First, the order reviewers will conduct a detailed check of the order, confirming key information such as product models, specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and special customer requirements.
The quality inspection before shipment is the last checkpoint to ensure product quality. Quality inspectors will conduct a comprehensive inspection of each product about to be shipped in accordance with strict quality standards. For electronic products, it is necessary to check whether their functions are normal and whether there are any defects in appearance; for mechanical parts, it is necessary to measure dimensional accuracy and test performance parameters. Only products that pass the quality inspection can be labeled as qualified and enter the packaging process.
After the goods are packaged, the factory hands them over to the logistics carrier. Both parties jointly check the quantity of the goods, inspect the integrity of the packaging, and sign and confirm on the handover documents. Subsequently, the logistics vehicle transports the goods to the logistics center. By scanning the barcode or RFID tag, the goods information is entered into the logistics tracking system.
The completion of shipment does not mean the end of the process. The subsequent order tracking and after-sales service are equally crucial. The factory arranges dedicated personnel to follow up on the transportation of goods. In case of problems such as transportation delays or abnormal damages, they will communicate and coordinate with the logistics company immediately, solve the problems in a timely manner, and feedback the progress of handling to the customer. When the goods reach the customer, the factory will take the initiative to contact the customer to confirm whether the goods are in good condition and the quantity is accurate, and collect the customer's opinions and suggestions. For the problems raised by the customer, a quick response will be given, and solutions such as returns, exchanges, and repairs will be provided to ensure customer satisfaction.
