Structural design
Telescopic structure: Adopts the classic telescopic design and is composed of main components such as an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, and a piston rod. The outer cylinder is usually made of high-strength metal material, which has good compression resistance and corrosion resistance and can provide stable support and protection for internal components. The inner cylinder and piston rod are processed by precise processing technology to ensure their surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy, ensuring smooth movement during the telescopic process and reducing friction resistance, thereby effectively improving the response speed and shock absorption effect of the shock absorber.
Sealing system: Equipped with high-performance sealing elements such as high-quality rubber sealing rings and oil seals, which are installed at key positions between the piston rod and the inner cylinder and between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. These sealing elements can not only effectively prevent the leakage of shock absorber oil, maintain the stable internal pressure of the shock absorber, but also prevent external dust, moisture and other impurities from entering the shock absorber interior, avoiding corrosion and wear on internal components and prolonging the service life of the shock absorber.
Cushioning device: A special cushioning device such as a rubber buffer block or a hydraulic buffer valve is set at the end of the shock absorber stroke. When the shock absorber is close to the maximum telescopic stroke, the cushioning device can gradually increase resistance to avoid rigid collision between the piston rod and the bottom of the cylinder, thereby protecting the shock absorber from damage and also providing a more stable and comfortable driving experience for the vehicle.
